Payment Policy
As soon as we receive your payment we start manufacturing your item/s (if it's not already in stock). Manufacturing usually takes 2-3 weeks depending on the material and size of your item/s.
Shipping Policy
We ship your item/s as soon as production is finished and we've personally checked that the quality live up to our standards.
Depending on the destination of the item/s it takes about 8 to 14 days to airmail from Denmark.
Please note that on peak times like the Christmas period it can take a couple of days longer to process packages.
Refund Policy
If for any reason the item/s you bought do not meet your expectations, please contact us and we'll either issue a refund or second production.
Refunds can be made as long as the item/s are not used and sent back within 2 weeks..
The shipping costs are non-refundable.
